I'm Kate, the founder of K&J. My journey into travel planning began when I embarked on my first solo adventure at 18. Armed with a passion for exploring new places, I meticulously crafted itineraries to guide my own journeys. When I returned home, my parents, inspired by my tales, wanted to follow in my footsteps. However, their travel needs were vastly different from mine—they weren’t exactly eager to stay in hostels or backpack through bustling cities.

To help them, I started adapting my itineraries to match their unique interests, budget, and travel style. What started as a simple favor quickly turned into something much bigger. The personalized itineraries not only matched their travel dreams but also sparked a newfound love for exploring the world. By taking away the complexities and technicalities of planning, I made it easy for them to say yes to adventure.

Decades later, with a vast variety of travel experiences under my belt, as well a strong team alongside me here at K&J, I bring the same dedication and care to your travel plans.
